Hi, I’m Belinda.

I am a Gen X woman who works with those in the helping professions to support women through the powerful, often messy and incredibly transformative midlife phase… helping them support their clients to create lives filled with passion, purpose, and authentic joy.

With qualifications in psychology and education, and as a registered yoga teacher, I bring an authentic, holistic approach to everything I do. My work is rooted in positive psychology, but it’s more than theory, it’s about real women, real life, and the tools that make a real difference.

Hi, I’m Belinda.

I am a Gen X woman who works with those in the helping professions to support women through the powerful, often messy and incredibly transformative midlife phase… helping them support their clients to create lives filled with passion, purpose, and authentic joy.

With qualifications in psychology and education, and as a registered yoga teacher, I bring an authentic, holistic approach to everything I do. My work is rooted in positive psychology, but it’s more than theory, it’s about real women, real life, and the tools that make a real difference.

Why I Do This

At 26 I entered medical menopause - a jarring, unexpected shift that changed everything. It was confusing, isolating, and in many ways, invisible. And yet, it was also the beginning of something new.

That experience lit a fire in me: to ensure no woman feels silenced, sidelined, or stuck. Especially not in midlife - a time that should be expansive, vibrant, and full of possibility and freedom.

I believe this chapter of our lives should be our most inspired and connected one yet.

I believe we need to provide informed and approriate support and care for women in midlife for this to happen.

Because Midlife is not a crisis - it's just bad PR.

What I Offer

With a focus on women in midlife and the menopause transition, I support allied health professionals through training, mentorship, and supervision that’s relevant, real, and informed through both clinical experience and lived understanding.

My focus is on helping you feel more confident and equipped to

work with women in midlife, particularly around the perimenopause and menopause transition.

Whether it's a structured training, a reflective supervision space, or ongoing mentorship, my approach is always practical and compassionate.

I’m not here to give you a new model or overwhelm you with theory. I’m here to help you use what you already know, more effectively and with more clarity, especially in the spaces where we’ve often felt unsure or left out of the conversation.

I believe in:

  • Authenticity over perfection

  • Failing forward with acceptance and learning

  • Being true to ourselves

  • Joy as a essential element of life, and in the therapy room

  • Finding your voice in a space where silence is expected

A Bit About Me

When I’m not coaching or creating content, you’ll find me on the yoga mat, trying to get to the beach, dancing around to my 80s soundtrack at home or out at a class, or reading the stack of ‘self help’ and menopause books beside my bed.

Connection is also an integral element of myself, be it with friends, family or business networks - because we are all in this together.
